  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (business days) after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (e.g., ₹499 or ₹999).

  • For orders below the threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply (displayed at checkout).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment in real time.


5. Undelivered or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or undelivered:

  • Please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.


6. International Shipping

At present, Petba ships only within India.
International delivery options may be introduced in the future.

We at Petba strive to provide you with high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. Within 7-14 days the resturns will be done


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • It was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery; or

  • It was unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging; and

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.



2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or grooming products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

These will be clearly marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet).

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account (details to be provided securely).

⚠️ Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Cancellations

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will follow the standard return process.
